mil Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions define the relationship between mil and its members. By using mil's website, mobile app, or any digital platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to stop using the service.

These terms have been written in English for Bangladeshi users. If any difference arises between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version will be treated as authoritative.

mil reserves the right to change these terms at any time at its discretion. Members will be properly notified before any changes take effect.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account at mil and participate in any casino or betting activity, a member must be 21 years of age or older. mil reserves the right to immediately close an account if age verification fails.

Age will be verified through the identification document provided at the time of account registration. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

• The registrant must hold a valid Bangladeshi National ID card or passport.
• A person may operate only one account.
• If members of the same household open separate accounts, these will be reviewed carefully.
• mil may make any decision at its own discretion regarding persons who are not active.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account at mil, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing your name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment method details correctly is mandatory. Providing incorrect information may cause complications during the withdrawal process.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. mil will not be responsible if you share this information with someone else or allow a third party to operate your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

Completing identity verification (KYC) is mandatory to process a withdrawal or when a certain amount is exceeded. Transactions may remain on hold if the required documents are not submitted in time.

• A clear photo of your National ID card or passport may be required.
• The name on your bKash, Nagad, or other payment method must match the name on your account.
• A confirmation message will be sent to the member once verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at mil is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions in foreign currency or cryptocurrency are not supported.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on the account.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Security checks may apply for unusual transactions.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

A member may cancel a pending withdrawal request themselves, however once it has been sent it may no longer be possible to cancel. mil reserves the right to suspend any transaction identified as fraudulent or suspicious.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at mil will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To make the bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳3,000 — and to become eligible for withdrawal, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies to one member, one household, one device, and one IP address.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit for claiming the bonus.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If an account is closed without completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• mil reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 Other Promotions

mil offers various promotional offers including weekly reloads, slot festival bonuses, and cricket season rewards. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Account verification is mandatory for birthday rewards and referral bonuses.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

mil has specific minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting market. These limits are clearly displayed in the respective game's interface. If the bet limit is exceeded, the excess amount will be automatically cancelled.

6.2 Result Settlement

In sports betting, results will be determined according to the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, mil will settle bets according to the established rules. In live casino games, the game provider's decision will be considered final in the event of a technical error.

6.3 Multi-Bet and Combination Bets

In a multi-bet, a reward will only be paid if all selections win. If one selection loses, the entire bet will be considered void. If any betting pattern identified by mil is considered an abuse of the system, the relevant bet may be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on mil's platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and legal action may be taken where applicable.

• Creating multiple accounts or operating someone else's account.
• Bonus abuse — such as using risk-free betting strategies to meet bonus requirements.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to operate games or betting.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using another member's information or identity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to mil's systems or network in any way.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds from an account through fraudulent means.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 mil's Actions

If a member violates these terms, engages in suspicious activity, or fails to complete KYC verification, mil may suspend or close the account at any time without prior notice. Providing a reason is not mandatory in such cases.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may voluntarily close their account. To do so, contact customer support. It is recommended to withdraw all valid balances before closing the account.

8.3 Forfeiture

If an account is closed due to fraudulent activity or breach of terms, all bonuses, winnings from bonuses, and where applicable the original deposit may also be forfeited.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

mil is committed to protecting members' personal information. Details on how collected information is used, stored, and protected can be found in our Privacy Policy. Payment information is transmitted through encrypted channels and SSL protection is used.

• Members' personal information will not be sold to third parties.
• mil reserves the right to share information when required by law or to ensure security.
• A member may request to view, correct, or delete their own information.

10 Responsible Gaming

mil believes that gaming and betting must be enjoyed responsibly. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income. mil does not encourage members to bet beyond their means.

11 Technical Issues

mil always works to keep its platform running, however temporary interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, internet disruptions, or unexpected technical issues. mil does not accept liability for compensation in such situations.

If a connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined based on the latest data saved on the game provider's server. If an incorrect result is displayed in a game due to a technical error, mil reserves the right to restore the correct result. 12 Changes to Terms

mil reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or on-site notification before they take effect.
